Summary of the Initiative:

1. Inspire – Global Digital ID Workshops:
• The first Inspire – Global Digital ID workshop will take place in Castlebridge, Ireland as part of the 73rd anniversary celebration of Guinness World Records. This workshop, led by Digital Identity expert David Birch, will inspire global thought leaders to collaborate and explore key themes in Digital Identity, focusing on:
• What's working and what’s not in Digital Identity.
• The future of Digital ID on a global scale.
• What kind of world record should be set to drive awareness and innovation in this space.
• The initial workshop will also have a local area history experience, executive dinner as well as Irish local pub culture and music entertainment
2. Global Journey of Workshops: Following the Castlebridge launch, the workshops will continue in six key cities:
• London, UK (end Jan 2025)
• New York, USA (Feb 2025)
• Amsterdam, Netherlands (May/June 2025)
• Bangkok, Thailand (April 2025)
• Singapore (March 2025)
• Sydney, Australia (March 2025)

Each workshop will bring together executives and industry leaders from across the globe to contribute to the development of a Global Digital ID World Record. All attendees will be invited back to Castlebridge in 2025 to attempt this world record, culminating in an event that will spotlight the future of Digital ID.  Dates and exact locations to be confirmed. Some additional virtual locations will also be added to the list.

3. Reaching Out to Industry Leaders: This event is aimed at the main global experts in Digital Identity.

Along with the leading firms, we will also approach organizations spearheading Digital ID innovation, such as ID2020, the World Bank’s ID4D Initiative, Good ID Movement, and the Mobile Connect by GSMA. These workshops are positioned to be a transformative series, gathering key insights and contributions from the top players in the field.
